Muscle (A07984808) is a cute already neutered male Black Lab-Chow mix with a curly-q tail that is 5-7 years old.
Poor Muscle was surrendered by his owners because they no longer had time for him. Muscle seems unused to a lot of body handling, though is he is friendly and happy he is not an affectionate or clingy dog.
Muscle is an independent boy who would like to explore the yard. Muscle has shown no food or resource related aggression.
He seems to like other dogs, though can be a bit pushy. Photos at:
This dog and other dogs like this one are currently at the Animal Care and Control Team (ACCT) shelter (powered by Pennsylvania Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (PSPCA)) and is available for adoption by appointment.
Adoption appointments are available 7 days a week between 9am and 6pm and afterhours in special cases.
To meet this dog/schedule an appointment to adopt, please contact Natalie Smith, Manager of Life Saving at ACCT at NSmith@pspca.org for further details. Adoption fee for adult cats is $75 and includes spay/neuter, vaccines, flea treatment and microchip.

An Adoptive/ Foster sucess story! Mr. Shuffles!!! Happy in his home in NYC!
Poor Mr. Shuffles was super sick! When he got his new home he got the one on one attention that he deserved! With his Veterinary care an his new mom he got the care that he needed to help bring him back to feeling healthy and living life to the fullest!!!
